Before you start
When using the following form to share your responses, you will be either:
- Prompted to login with a google account. Please login with your @schools.sa.edu.au account.
- Logged in automatically. Please check that your @schools.sa.edu.au email appears near the start of the form.
If a different account is shown, select 'Switch accounts' and login with your @schools.sa.edu.au.
This will ensure you can attach files along with your written responses.
